Bleed Air System The Bleed Air System is controlled during all phases of operation by two Bleed Management Controllers (BMC). The BMCs provide indications and warnings to EICAS and maintenance information to CAIMS. The Bleed Air System, in normal flight operations, supplies air from the engines, to the ECS and Wing and Cowl Anti-Ice systems. For more information see Chapter 14, ICE AND RAIN PROTECTION.
