S 862-022 (12) Open these circuit breakers for the applicable cargo door and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) P59 Aft Equipment Panel 1) AFT CARGO DOOR POWER UNITS
(b) P414 Power Distribution Center - Left 1) 414A21 LOWER CARGO DOOR FWD 2) 414F15 CARGO DOOR CONTROL FWD 3) 414F16 CARGO DOOR CONTROL AFT
S 372-023 (13) Paint type II sealant on the stripe and arrow tape.
(14) Remove the tape after the sealant is dry.
(15) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers for the applicable cargo door:
(a) P59 Aft Equipment Panel 1) AFT CARGO DOOR POWER UNITS
(b) P414 Power Distribution Center - Left 1) 414A21 LOWER CARGO DOOR FWD 2) 414F15 CARGO DOOR CONTROL FWD 3) 414F16 CARGO DOOR CONTROL AFT
S 862-055 CAUTION:_______IN CASE THE DOOR DOES NOT OPEN, STOP IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT OPERATE THE DOOR CONTROL SWITCH. HOLDING THE DOOR CONTROL SWITCH MAY DAMAGE THE ACTUATOR. WAIT AT LEAST 1 MINUTE BEFORE SECOND ATTEMPT. IF THE DOOR STILL DOES NOT OPEN, WAIT AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE THIRD ATTEMPT. (16) Open the cargo door electrically an additional 3 feet to turn the hooks and cams to the opened position.
(17) Close the cargo door electrically to the full closed position.

(2) Open these circuit breakers for the applicable cargo door and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) P59 Aft Equipment Panel 1) AFT CARGO DOOR POWER UNITS
(b) P414 Power Distribution Center - Left 1) 414A21 LOWER CARGO DOOR FWD 2) 414F15 CARGO DOOR CONTROL FWD 3) 414F16 CARGO DOOR CONTROL AFT
S 142-050 (3) Polish the viewport windows if they are not clear as follows:
(a) Remove the viewport from the door as follows: 1) Remove the viewport fasteners. 2) Keep the fasteners until you can use them again. 3) Remove the viewport retainer. 4) Remove the viewport window.
(b) Polish the viewport window until it is clear.
(c) Make sure the thickness of the polished window is not less than
0.20 inch. NOTE: If the thickness of the window is less than 0.20 inch, ____ replace it.
