S 644-031 (5) Apply a thin layer of fuel on the new O-ring. S 434-019 (6) Install the new O-ring in the coupling. S 434-035 (7) Connect the coupling to the valve. NOTE:____ Do not tighten the coupling.
S 434-020 (8) Put the bonding jumper in the correct position.
(9) Install the bolts, washers, and nuts to attach the valve and the bonding jumper to the flange.
(10) Tighten the coupling.
(11) Install the lockwire in the coupling.
(12) Install the bonding jumper with the bolt, nut, and washers.
(13) Make sure the electrical resistance across the bonding jumper is not more than 0.010 ohm (SWPM 20-20-00).
(14) Install the access panel for the fuel tank (AMM 28-11-11/401).
