(1) At the track 1 position: R (Ref. Fig. 401C/TASK 27-54-55-991-001-B)
(a) Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-022) to the bearing surfaces of the actuator lever (11).
(b) Install the actuator lever (11) into the No.1 flap track beam.
(c) Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-022)to the bearing surfaces of the bearing housing (1).
(d) Put the bearing housing (1) in position on the flap track beam.
(e) Put the two washers (4) on the two bolts (5). Install the two bolts (5), the two washers (13) and the two nuts (12).
(f) Put the five washers (2) on the five bolts (3). Install the five bolts (3), the five washers (15) and the five nuts (14).
(g) TORQUE the two nuts (12) to between 2.2 and 2.6 m.daN (16.22 and
19.17 lbf.ft). (h) TORQUE the five nuts (14) to between 1.3 and 1.4 m.daN (115.04 and 123.89 lbf.in).
(i) Remove the adjustable strut.
