Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 This consolidation has been prepared by the CASA Office of Legal Counsel for information purposes only. It is not an official version of the legislation. This consolidation includes all amendments made up until and including 8 December 2004. It is the first edition of the renamed Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 (CASR). Each Part is separately page numbered to facilitate the inclusion of new pages when each new part is made.
