CENTRAL MAINTENANCE COMPUTING SYSTEM -INTRODUCTION
The central maintenance computing system (CMCS) collects and stores maintenance data for most of the airplane systems. The maintenance access terminal (MAT) or portable maintenance access terminal (PMAT) shows the data. Menu selections on the MAT give access to maintenance functions based on type of task. The CMCS primary functions include: * Fault processing
